Charlette deNeui, Vice President, currently does consumer and real estate lending. She began working at the bank in 1990 and is a graduate of Eldora-New Providence High School. Charlette has extensive experience in compliance, loan processing and documentation.

Ben Engler, Assistant Vice President, grew up in Nevada, Iowa. After graduating from Nevada high school, Ben attended and graduated from Iowa State University with an Animal Science degree. After graduation, he worked in swine production for a number of years. Prior to joining our HCSB team in May of 2015, Ben had ten years of ag lending experience.
Andy Ewoldt, Vice President, is a 2008 graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, where he received a Business Management degree with a finance emphasis. Andy joined the Hardin County Savings Bank lending team in 2008 and works with consumer and real estate lending customers.

Drew Lewis, Executive Vice President of lending, began his career as an Ag Loan officer in 1976 at Union-Whitten State Savings Bank. He is a graduate of Union-Whitten High School and Iowa State University, with a degree in animal science and economics. Drew has experienced 30 years of the ups and downs of ag lending.
Darrell Norman, Vice President and manager of our Union and Liscomb locations, has been a lender with HCSB since 1988. He is a graduate of the Union-Whitten High School and has a bachelor’s of science degree in ag business from Iowa State University. Darrell has extensive experience in ag, consumer, and real estate loans.

Tom Volding, Vice President, is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Farm Operations and a Masters in Ag Economics. Tom has more than twenty-five years of experience as a farm manager and ag loan officer. He brought his wealth of knowledge and experience to HCSB in May of 2004.
Larry Wolf, Sr. Vice President, began working at HCSB in September of 1993 in the commercial loan department. Larry received his degree in Finance and Agricultural Economics from Western Illinois University. He is also a graduate of the Iowa Bankers Association School of Banking and Commercial Lending School and the ISU Agricultural Credit School.
