To register fill in the online registration form After your information has been verified, within two business days or sooner, your online account will be ready to go. Read on and take advantage of the many options available to you within online banking!

Bill Payment is FREE! Pay all your bills from your phone company to your Grandma all from our single, simple to use site. You control which bills get paid and when. You can also schedule one time or recurring payments. Although Bill Pay is free, other fees such as stop payments and insufficient funds will still apply. Bill Pay Demo

Online Statements are stored for 12 months within Online Banking. You may choose to print your statements, save them on your hard drive or save them on a memory stick or disc. Easy to read statements are scanned into PDF format for simple reconciliation.

Text, Mobile Banking and Apps are all available to you for FREE with your online registration! Whether you favor an iPhone or Android – we have an app to fit your style. To get started, click on the Mobile Banking and Alerts tab within Online banking.

Finance Works is a fabulous budgeting tool that will simplify your recordkeeping. Just click the tab within HCSB Online and you’ll be amazed at how easy it will be to keep track of your spending and saving. A Finance Works demo will get you started!

Purchase Rewards is a program that will turn everyday purchases into cash when you use your HCSB debit card. Within Online Banking, you will see reward offers. Click on the offers you want, shop and watch the rewards add up. You’ll receive the rewards you earn in the form of cash at the end of each month.

• Teletouch
When you need information about your accounts with us, just pick up the phone 24 hours a day, and call our Teletouch Banking service 641-939-3660 locally, or call toll free 1-888-SAV-HCSB (728-4272). You can hear what your current balance is on checking accounts, savings accounts and loans. Find out when your last payment was made or what the last check was to clear your account.

With Teletouch Banking you can also transfer funds between accounts and make HCSB loan payments. To do transfers, you must sign a Funds Transfer Form

When you make a purchase, you should consider the amount immediately withdrawn and make the debit entry in your checkbook accordingly.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is not required when you make a purchase, except at POS (point of sale) terminals. However, merchants will ask you to sign a sales slip, just as they do for credit card transactions.
