How to register for HCSB Online

 

You can access HCSB Online by clicking "Register" in the log-in box above or download the new App from the Apple Store or Google Play – just search for Hardin County Savings Bank and look for the HCSB icon with the gold ribbon.

You'll need:

Your SSN

An account number of an existing HCSB account

Email and Phone number associated with that account

Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about online banking and bill pay:

Q. How do I set up Bill Pay?  

A: As an added security feature, the ability to set up your first payee using your phone or mobile device is enabled AFTER you log-in to Online Banking using your computer (laptop or desktop).

Here’s how to set up a payee:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select the Bill Pay link

3. Click “Add a Payee”

4. Enter the information for the company or person you want to pay

Q: How do I cancel or edit a Bill Pay?

A: On a mobile device simply locate the payment in the Payments section. If the payment is Scheduled or Pending, you can click on the payment then click Edit Payment.

If you are on a computer, from the Dashboard > Click payments > Click Payees and then the payee you want to edit > In the upper right corner click "Edit Payee".  You can make changes on that screen and then hit submit to complete. 

Q: Where can I view my Bill Pay History?

A: Click on payments and you can see a calendar off to the right that shows upcoming bill pays with a red dot. Or you can click on manage payments, above right of the calendar, and that will take you to a list of upcoming transactions. When you scroll to the bottom, you will see pending totals.

Q: Why are all my transactions jumbled?

A: When you first log in you will see all transactions across all accounts. Click an account, then click Transactions to see transactions for just that account.

Q: What’s a person to person payment?

A: You can pay a person with just their email or phone number. When you set up a person to person payment you will include a “code” word that you will share with that person. To accept the payment the receiver will enter the “code” word and

Q: How do I register for eStatements?

A: To register for eStatements, login to your online account, select the account you want eStatements for, and click "Documents". From there, you will accept the disclosure and register for eStatements. You will come back to “Documents” and eStatements/Notices to retrieve your eStatements.

Q: How do I add a travel notice for my debit card?

A: On the dashboard, scroll down to Card Management. Click the airplane icon. Click Add Travel Notice. List the places you will be traveling to and the cards you will be using. Click Save.
